What do we mean by "People Leaders"?
You may be Director, VP or Head of People. If you lead the People Team, this Forum is for you. VPs and Heads of L&D, Talent and EDI. If you are responsible for developing the leadership talent pipeline in your organsiation, this forum is for you.
Will I be giving away trade secrets to competitors?
The People Leader Forum is run by Executive Coaches who are well used to building safe spaces to think, experiment and explore. You'll only talk about the topics that are useful to you, in a collaborative way. There will be no compulsion to discuss anything you don't want to.
The big gnarly challenge for people leaders in STEM is still how to attract, develop and retain leadership talent when you don't have a giant budget. We believe that the only way to crack this nut is to collaborate as a sector, and build great cultures and behaviours that bring in, and hold onto great talent.
